    Can’t speak for egg but on my RT Bullseye pellet grill I go 400 directly on the grate and get great result. Typically a thin crust

    Tell them to throw the charcoal pellets away or just a handful at a time When they first came out people complained about those pellets jamming the auger because they are too hard
