    Hello from Michigan

      I just wanted to say hi, my name is Dave and I have been doing BBQ for a few yrs. I use an Oklahoma Joe pit. Now I am starting to cure and smoke meats. I love the site and have picked up some useful tips from it I guess your never to old to learn some new stuff. Thanks, Dave
