    long time lurker new to the smoking malarky

    Okay taken on board, I might not bother with the Themr on Drum or lid  regarding the Maverick probe, If I have two grills with in the drum for the Cooking I assume Im going to need to Maverick Probes or will one just do, as I don't want to keep lifting the lid and checking the other meat ?
