Thanks, oh I do like it deepfried too. The fall fishing here is crazy. Lots of hungry big fish for about 6 or 7 weeks. Mind you I've been fishing in December too in my boat.
Typically just a fall fisherman. Mostly all walleye, but the pike tend to interrupt at times. I fish a bit differently than most. I use handlines with a pound and a 1/4 weight. Smoked walleye is delicious.
Haven't made a fatty in 7 or 8 years so I thought I give it a go again. 50/50 beef pork. One with spinach, cheese, bell peppers and onions. The other with ham, cheese, chicken. Smoked at 230 for 2 hrs then bumped it up to 250. Used some apple for smoke. Overall nit too bad. Cheers
