What are you smoking today?
This weekend I am going to be smoking a 38 pound whole alligator. I have done some research and found one place telling me 17hrs at 230. Another said 5 hrs at 250. Those r both pretty different times. Anyone ever smoked a gator before??? Pleas- carrie

I am a meat cutter for the past 8yrs. It works out good with my love of cooking. I can select and cut each piece of meat. I love my job!!!- carrie
