I'm a super proud papa today. I made 1.7kw\hr on solar only. Did some rewiring and I added some solar optimizers to my setup. My max before today was 342 Watts! Which honestly worked for me. Let me run the mini split for about 10 hours a week so when I was working in there it was working in air...
Been dealing with things so the poor truck been sitting. Bought the tile and the glue and rewired my solar optimizers. Tile install this week if the body allows.
Well the pot sticker sausage is just that, the pot sticker filling, in a sausage casing. That being said it is also very tasty. I didn't get the Best bind it was good except where I had air pockets and it came apart there. I was hungry and I guess I didn't get enough protein extraction.

I stumbled on a whole pork shoulder for 28$! I cut a bunch of pork chops out of it and got a few run of sausage. Deboned super easy. And probably the fastest I have ever done it!
My next sausage is going to be the pot sticker sausage. Im a huge pot sticker guy so I'm excited!

I'm only 80%. They don't give you dental care unless you're 100%. I spent cash I didn't have.to go to the dentist. I got turkey and a smoker for Thanksgiving. Food for the rest of the month might have to suffer. Less than 200 for me, my son, and my mom who has dementia. That's a lot of chicken...
I had a fear of dentist's before I got PTSD. Yeah it really hurts. I ate buttery mashed potatoes and that was it. I have a fresh load of jerky and I can't touch it.im so hungry.....
My pit boss Austin XL has smoked its last. And while I did like using a pellet smoker, I'm a stick burner guy typically. Or indirect charcoal and hardwood. And another thread I mentioned that my smoker died and he said that getting an electric smoker would bring my sausage game to a new level...
Always let them cool down to room temperature before bagging or it will condense moisture and mold your jerky. Don't ask how I know. 2lb 2oz is my normal return. Just barely over half.
