Finished building the bed, put the bed on hinges so I can put the water tanks under the bed and I wall fished the wires down the wall and cut in the boxes, wires them in, and installed a new bolt lock on the door. Funday Monday!
Wait a second it doesn't specify a rennet. I thought the rent you choose affects the flavor of the cheese it's that not true? I'm a newbie so I don't know
This came out WAY better than I expected. It being a cat on the dry side turned out to be a good thing. Froze overnight sliced and fried up with some eggs and it is outrageous! So much better than anything you buy at the store and actually something I consider bacon. I'm super happy with this...
There's a YouTube channel called two guys and a cooler. The guy's a member here I believe is screen name is Cajun Eric. But he does 30 days of sausage in October that's called celebrate sausage.
Just trying to give my poor kid some semblance of normalcy. But we made the Jimmy Dean recipe with ground turkey and with ground chicken and with ground chicken you can't tell any difference from pork. Like none!
Labeled the Wisconsin bratwurst, the guy from Dead broke BBQ said that the name of this recipe was a Sheboygan brat. And absolutely the best hands down brat that I have ever eaten. All the sausages that I e made from celebrate sausage this year have been amazing. My all-time favorites still is...

It's a bad decision to buy a grinder, cuz you'll get a sausage stuffer after that, and then you'll have to worry about casings, and then it's all the extra spices, then you're going to start making bacon, and then dry cured meat is right after that, then there's the cheese...
It's a long dark...
Seeing your screen name, did you see the Fab table in the back? I'm going to use a Hobart Titan as my backup generator and I'm also going to use it to weld and to power my inverter welders. The back is a mini fab shop because I still love to weld!
I really appreciate the support 🙏 My living situation is dissolving pretty fast so I am really doing what I can to get this livable. I am about to loose my inverter for a few weeks for warranty repair. Just being so poor I have to make every nickel cry and building everything myself instead of...
Made some progress in the last couple of days. I "dried her in" all the walls are built, door is in and handle is on(they missed the screws out of the bolt lock so that's why that's not on) And I made some real strides towards getting the bed frame built.
