just a word of caution: all microwaves are not equal.... If I followed the timeframe in the video I'd have a very smoky house at the least, and maybe a fire in the microwave. (and a very irritated wife, ask me how I know).
awesome keg smoker/grill setup. very nice!
Bad Brad's is pretty tasty. I don't know if it was the Dragonmead and Kuehnenns talking, but I seem to recall lazybones being some decent bbq also. I am not in love with any of the Royal Oak area BBQ places....
but I still like home BBQ the best of all if done right. I have people asking when...
I almost bought one from amazon, it was their deal of the day for 50 bucks.... but I just couldn't knowing the issues people are having with them. I need about 75' of range, or at least the ability to connect at the very least and I can craft a workaround. but drops and people having issues...
Wish I had post-cook pictures. Had my AMNPS with pitmaster pellets going in the propane weber grill, only two outside burners lit on low. Sticks at about 215 in the cold weather. Took one smaller one to 142 and the larger one to 139... pulled, wrapped in foil and wrapped in blankets, resting...
In honor of new years and the msu/bama game, I will have a couple people over, and I figure prime rib is called for.
Here are two rib roasts, one medium one small that I have seasoned awaiting their smoke and cook tomorrow.
Slow cook to 138. Probably put them on around 2 for a 630 dinner...
I've actually had more issues with my riveted higher end knives (wusthof classic line or better) with either rivets loosening or even a few cracks propagating from the rivet hole.
best bahn mi near me uses a roll an Italian bakery near us makes. its a bit flakier than baguettes. man, my mouth is watering just thinking about them. I know what I'm going to have for lunch tomorrow.
never. ever. ever. have I had this problem. and judging by them being used in a lot of cannery operations and commercial fishery operations (see the ones on ebay sold in bulk that are ground down to nearly non-existence like this...
a lot of people have stuffers like this. it seems as if its at the very least a very common design, and at most all made in the same place with different packaging.
from what I've gathered the nylon gears work well as long as they are meshed correctly, if they bind or are "loose", you may have...
got my 5lb LEM (has metal gears) for 112 shipped to my door from amazon. the price fluctuates quite a bit, its been as low as 111.xx and as high as 154.99 in the last year (using the camelcamelcamel.com price tracker, that's a bit of a tip if you haven't seen it before, tracks prices on amazon...
I have granite and not very much land to work with as far as overhang, so I cut a pc of hardwood plywood the width of the area I mount it, used the holes in the base plate for carriage bolts, drilled holes, and tee nuts in the bottom for the bolts. I put a coat of poly over two coats of...
well, spent all night in the ER with my daughter who now has pneumonia. that and a colicky baby at home means not only no work, but also no free time to do some good smoking. barely have enough time to go get my boat hauled out for the winter tomorrow. so, in any case, the drums are going to...
I have some HUGE turkey drums in brine right now, I hope to come close to the Disney version. I will post my results once I get them smoking this week.
