Is there a reason why you wouldn't use your Green Egg for everything? From what I understand, it seems like a good all around grill and smoker.- bigspenda864

Thanks for the quick responses. I figured this has been hashed out somewhere on here but didn't see a thread. I am really trying to figure out if I should go with gas, wood, charcoal, etc. not so much the actual model.- bigspenda864

Combo LP grill & charcoal smoker?
How long have you had the unit and how is it holding up? I need to replace my gas grill and I am in the market for a new smoker so this would be nice if its a good unit. I was thinking of just buying a new gas grill then finding a sep smoker but this model looks pretty cool.- bigspenda864
