You've named all that I have seen. But I can tell you have found that my coldspot is a sears and Roebuck brand. Coldspot was their brand before kenmore. I thought that was kind of interesting. I've tried to find out exactly what year it is but have had no such luck.
I've just been using the 550w burner in mine and it gets over 200 deg. After opening the door and losing heat I crank up the 1100w burner just to quickly bring up the temp then shut it back off. With both on I got up to 375 before I shut it off just because I had to get to work
You just have to scuff the old paint. Orbital sander works the best (in my opinion). I'd be careful not to gouge the metal with a grinder. Cool fridge dude, can't wait to see complete. It took me about a month and half to build mine while working full time
