I am thinking about doing a pork butt tonite or tomorrow, if tomorrow I will be at it by 5 am. Thanks for the picture, doesnt the wood chip loader and chip tray need to be pull out a ways for the pellets to burn?

I recieved my amazn pellet smoker, 10 pounds of pit master, 2 pounds of pecan and maverick 732[?]. Now I just need to figure out how to use it on the Master Built Eletric 40 inch. I could of sworn there was photos and a FAQ on here for using it. If I figure it out going to have to smoke a little...
and found four 3 pound pkgs of baby backs maked down. Needless to say I bought all four and a pkg of chicken thighs.
I thrrew them in the freezer for now.

Had the chicken on the lowest rack. Juuust made common sense to me. Everything is looking good. If I really get into smoking, I need to get me a couple of mavericks. I am noticing the the temp is off with the MEB controlls.

So now there are even more questions. I have been reading the ecourse. Looks like you add smoke for the entire cook time? I thought I had read somewhere that after a certain period of time there was to much smoke. Getting lost here.

I don't think I am getting this? I just started smoking, and my smoker is the 2012 model 40" Master Built.
I loaded the chip tray as the instructions stated but seem more like white smoke so what am I doing wrong?
