    Update on this... I mentioned salty taste for the farmed salmon. Well not today! I don't know if refrigeration overnight helped or what? But it tasted great to both me and my son. Not salty at all. I will say the wild salmon tastes better than farmed for sure. But that's just splitting hairs...

    Thanks dirtsailor. I will keep below 180 next time! I appreciate the feedback. Should I get just a needle valve and cut the line and install it? Or should I buy the whole thing including regulator? I am wary of splicing into a line and trusting clamps. What did you do?
