    Driedsticks Pretzels with a kick!

Already been bookmarked and next on my list, just didn't have the materials this time around as peanuts were a last second addition. After all, who wants only a half filled smoker?

I bought my MES to pretty much do one thing

They look awesome, would love your recipe as I haven't had a chance to try the flat jerky from my LEM cannon yet. As far as the grease drips, since the MES30 has a waterpan, I leave that in on the bottom most rack (filled with sand, covered in foil), and on that bottom most rack itself I wrap...

    Looking to buy

I think you are mishearing/misreading that comment, it is actually that the electric models do not produce a smoke ring, which is just for show anyways. They do, however, produce a smoky flavor, and I don't think anyone would argue this.

ITS THAT TIME OF The YEAR THAT ALL GOOD THINGS MAKE US SMOKE

Holiday season, can never go wrong with some driedstick's smoked pretzels  or some spicy and sweet smoked nuts by Scarbelly. I'm going to be trying to find time to do a batch of each of these to include for holiday gift baskets, along with smoked cheese and beef sticks.

Yea, funny you should mention that, SWMBO thought the same thing, came across it this morning after I left for work and moved it to the fridge, texted me asking why I went to all the work just to forget the cheese in the basement

Mr T's "Smoked Cheese From Go To Show" w/ Q- View

Thinking that would have been best, but what's done is done. Will give it a few weeks before trying the butter again. Checked the cheese this AM prior to work, was dry so went ahead and vac sealed all individually and placed in basement, sitting at around 68 degrees when checked this morning...

Mr T's "Smoked Cheese From Go To Show" w/ Q- View

Pulled at 3 and a half hours Using wine corks between the racks to keep the plastic off, gotta say smoke smell is strong enough to give me a headache. Really hope that mellows out in the next few weeks.

Mr T's "Smoked Cheese From Go To Show" w/ Q- View

Took butter out after hour and a half, couldn't resist trying it even after telling myself not to, just as disgusting as everyone says. Wrapped back up, placed in ziploc, sealed, and placed in fridge for some time. Cheese looking good, had to open the door for a bit to cool back down. Added a...
