    Sick and Tired Of BABYSITTING!

Well I didn’t get as much done as I’d hoped to this weekend. I solved the problem with my door but it’s that time of year again and I had to get my tax crap ready for Monday. Anyway, here the progress, I got my chimney installed. I used a 4 inch hole saw on the outer skin, piece of cake. The...

    Sick and Tired Of BABYSITTING!

I have a question for anyone with sheet metal experience on the forum. My door is kind of off kilter now that I've added the sheet metal to it. It won't shut properly now. The top hits before it closes and there is a large gap at the bottom on the side without the hinges. Putting the sheet metal...

    Sick and Tired Of BABYSITTING!

Yup, I’m sick and tired of babysitting my little Bradley smoker! So I’ve decided to build a new smoker out of an old fridge. I’ve been searching and reading post on the SMF for about a month and a half, researching you might say. There are a TON of awesome smokers that have been built here...

    pepperoni makers

Thanks for your insight guys. Is it possible that there was too much water added when mixing the spices in. This was a 10 lb batch done in my Bradley. About 26 double links. What gets me is the same thing happened when a did a smaller 5 lb batch, not to the same extent mind you.

    Looking for a Simple Schematic

Thanks Dave, I tend to make things more difficult that they should be sometimes. I spoke with an electrician friend of mine and he explained how to do it.

    pepperoni makers

A question for pepperoni makers. Why is it that my pepperoni doesn’t get that nice smoky color on the sides that face each other when hanging over the sticks. It looks like it’s not done, yet the internal temp is 152. The sides that face each other are pale with no color. What is going on? I let...

    Looking for a Simple Schematic

Looking for a little help with this. I'm using a large stove top element for my burner. I have the controls for the burner that were on the stove. My power supply will be 220V. How do I hook up the supply to the controls? Anyone have a simple schematic I could follow? Are there any safety...
