Where do you buy your pork fat??
i do know about rendering the fat or ground fat for sausage but i want pork bellys to turn into chicharrones mexicans cut it into small chunks and fry it with seasoning and it is out of this world good you could put it on a car bumper and it would taste good thats what im trying to buy...- cha cha kringle
