    They tasted good to me, thought my pork tenderloin was much more smokey then the chicken. Chicken cooked longer, but end result I liked.

    Smoked chicken thighs for the first time. Wife looked at them and said I burned them. I didn't think so, but she did eat the whole thing.

    Yellow mustard and brown sugar. Sugar didn't stick.

    Well looks like I didn't make it to three hours. They were smaller then I thought. Opened the packs an two in each one. Pulled at 145 and wrapped. It's the first thing I have cooked in it.
