    Smoker Maintenance

    yep no sweat...wire it down spray on some veg oil and start a fire...use it enough and it will build up a film inside...Biggest thing is never leave ashes in your firebox for very long...I clean mine out as soon as the embers are dead.  The ashes are acidic and will draw moisture.
