Yes you can see the difference in the wheel sizes...I word of caution..i wanted to get wider tires but you have to consider the amount of room between the frame and side of the tire.on the rear...If you get too wide it will rub the edge of the frame. Added advantage it it raised the work...
Check out the above link...I ordered the small casters off Amazon...and since I have a northern tool close to me i ordered the bigger ones direct from them..saved on the shipping since it came to the store. Front caster took a little effort..you need to drill out to a larger hole...but back...
you can pick up Tel tru temp gages for 20-30 bucks...just do a search on google...Have several models to choose from..but will be cheaper than 50 bucks...
I know old Bob cooked next to (Smoke on Wheels at the Jack) he was hangging with them.. Also have bought a couple of temp gauges for my pit from him...Good guy.
After it gets lit I have been lowering the temp to 190 produces more smoke at lower temps. I will do that for about a hour then turn up the temperature. I have not done a brisket on my 640 yet but have done a butt. Maybe someone else can chime in that has done a brisket.? I am just guessing...
