    Non jalapeno ABT ?

    So I used Anaheim's yesterday for ABTs - a little milder than Japs but are definitely not what any sane person would call mild. Nice kick to them. Here's what I came up with.

    Phil's ABTs - carmelized onion stuffed Anaheim peppers!

    So I'm not a huge fan of Jalapenos, never loved the flavor I guess, but I'm a huge fan of stuffed Anaheim's so I decided to make my own version of ABTs. Cream cheese stuffing: Carmelize some finely chopped red onions, throw in a chopped up garlic clove and a bunch of your favorite herbs/spices...

    Butt is 8 pounds. I plan on having the turkey for dinner and the pork will be for the weekend, I doubt it will be done by dinner, as you said. Also, 2 hours per pound for turkey? Please tell me that is a typo! 24 hours in the smoker is too long!
