Really enjoyed the video . I 'v never seen fish done that way . I 'v cooked a lot of fresh water fish on open fire as I've done a lot of camping -fishing . I think I'll try smoking some now in a similar fashion .
I just put some smoke on Turkey Lurkey using the AMNPS ..Worked just fine . . Turkey was still froze for the most part so knew I couldn't do it in a complete smoke so I put it in for an hr.& half to get a smoke flavor .
It was starting to turn a nice smokey hue . I took it indoors to finish...
Im plan to put some smoke in a turkey tomorrow finish it in the house. Letting it smoke at 200*F for an Hr. just want the smoke flavor . Plan to use the AMNPS at that time.
Well I got the same problem . It won't stay lit. I had mine tented & used a propane torch to get'er going . Still died . I had jeff's rub on some chicken thighs & it was getting late so I just fired up some chips . I'll work it out next time I fire it up.... but was a little disappointed & felt...
