    what type of cherry wood can you use

    I use wild cherry almost exclusively and love the taste. Its also easy to get around here, when folks know you want it they will let you know when they have one to get rid of.

    Canuck Land in the Freezer

    Now thats cold!!!! 63 here in NW Mo. today but its supposed to turn around tomorrow morning and have wind chills from 0 to -5 by dark. That will shock our systems and the snow their calling for will just be icing on the cake. Take care and keep warm.

    I'm with WD on the cherry. Here in NW Mo. I can get wild cherry and run a stick burner, which I fire with all most exclusively cherry and a little apple when I can find enough to fire with. Use cherry for everything as hickory upsets my stomach. My vote is cherry.
