    You can purchase a flange individually from there, I believe, but also Grainger should have some, or similar. Can also make one yourself. You'll see in most pictures, they have the flow pipe more to one side of the two barrels (usually the back side, away from the FB door). The ones I've helped...

    You should follow Ribwizzard's advice on building a firebox. He's one of the grand masters at the art. Otherwise, if you want, you can try to use a second drum as your firebox, if you have access to one. Make a double barrel smoker, firebox on bottom with top drum as your CC. Exhaust pipe...

    Thanks, PappaJ. We took a long time deciding single or double..weighing pros and cons, and finally the whole hog idea is was topped it off and made the deciding factor. Lol. Didn't consider the puppy, but my dry rub might just taste........NoW you got me saying that. haha

    Haha...yeah... Me and Shane laughed for hours about him sleeping on us. Since you're in S. Arkansas... we need to arrange a family Que meet up one day. Should be some nice middle ground areas we can meet. I got fam around Rogers and Stuttgart area also.

    Looking great, bud. Can't wait to see finished product with some smoke coming out the top. Currently building a 250 gal RF smoker with my son and a friend. As I said on my build post..... BBQ is an AWESOME way to spend time with the family, building memories that will last forever. Good job.

    Look over after doing some grinding...and he's out cold.  He told me later that he smartly turned his head so it looked like he was still watching. Lol. So, anyway, got the door cut out, and the hinges reinforced. Now, to deal with the bottom part of the door curling inward a little...
