    Thanks for the brine and rub recipe...I'll definitely be trying that. I'm ginna do some baby backs and a stuffed fattie tomorrow by the pool with a case of beer!!!! I love the weekends too....they're just too short!!!!

    Hi my name is Laura and I'm from southern Louisiana. I've been smokin for a few years now. I'm currently using an electric smoker. When I first got it I was doubtful it would smoke as well as a charcoal smoker. It's pleasantly surprised me every time. I'm always looking for some delicious recipes.
