    do yourself a favour Boognish.....check out the other threads for the Master Forge - theres some really good recommended mods like adding the 3/8's inch rope seal to the doors - and get yourself a good dual probe digital thermometer - 1 probe for the meat and 1 for the internal temp of the smoke...
