    Easy enough to figure out. Just before wrapping for 1-2hrs. I'll hit'em with a little more apple & water in an hr. They look a tad dry.

    50 footer is fine. No loss of power. I want to say it got hotter faster butt there wood be no reason for that. Its just warmer out tham my previous smokes. Not sure how to add pics so no q view.

    I grabbed a 50 ft 12 ga at Menards for $27 yesterday.  We'll see how well it works tomorrow if it rains.  I'm going to do some spare ribs with Butt Rub.

    I've basically got a whole leg minus the bones that one of the guys wanted me to do.  Hind leg from a little fella.  Tips, suggestions or recipes.  I've only done a butt ever, this will only be my 2nd smoke.  I'll probably wait until I've done a few more smokes before I try the deer leg though.
