Does anyone recommend a good smoking cookbook that includes recipes/smoker settings/etc? I see a lot of recipes on here but since im new im not sure what everyone is doing. Is it just assumed that if they are using a MES that they are using the heat deflector(tile)? Water or no water in the pan... -
