Just got one of these wide body smokers myself, finally got the time to put it together, did the red RTV sealant, but have not gotten to any other mods yet. Cannot wait to get it fired up and show some Qvue :)
After some convincing to try this from a co-worker. Not sure if I picked the right forum since this is side pork but uncured bacon in the bacon forum. :) Anyways got it seasoned it up and in the smoker it goes. More pictures in a few hours!
