He did have a standard configured one, but it didn't have the pot warmer or second shelf. If it would have had the pot warmer I probably would have gotten it and just added the second shelf myself.
My brother-in-law has the 16" classic and he highly recommended the convection plate as well.
I forgot to mention the options I chose. I added the sliding convection plate, a second shelf, a second thermometer and the warmer on the fire box.
I ordered a Horizon 20" Classic at Hawgeyes BBQ yesterday. Unfortunately, it most likely won't be here until April when they get their next shipment delivered. At least the snow should be melted off by then!
I take my grass or straw out of my mouth and put it in a box at the end of each day so I can use it in place of smoke wood. After marinating in saliva all day, it imparts a special flavor, especially good on pork.
