Brother-in-law has the Horizon 16" and loves it. I have a Horizon 20" on order. So obviously I agree the others that it would be a good choice.- ermot

Burning Churches in East Texas :~(
I saw this at work today. I work for an insurance company that is one the largest insurers of churches in the country. A few of those churches are our customers. The ATF has a $25,000 reward and the company I work for has another $15,000 reward per case trying to find the person responsible...- ermot

I think you have hit on all the positives of wrestling. I started wrestling about that age and wrestled through high school. I still have my WSM to use while I wait, so I can still do a bit of smoking. With the snow and cold weather we keep getting I haven't been too motivated to spend much time outside. He did have a standard configured one, but it didn't have the pot warmer or second shelf. If it would have had the pot warmer I probably would have gotten it and just added the second shelf myself.- ermot

My brother-in-law has the 16" classic and he highly recommended the convection plate as well. I forgot to mention the options I chose. I added the sliding convection plate, a second shelf, a second thermometer and the warmer on the fire box.- ermot

I ordered a Horizon 20" Classic at Hawgeyes BBQ yesterday. Unfortunately, it most likely won't be here until April when they get their next shipment delivered. At least the snow should be melted off by then!- ermot

Once again, another Hawkeye
I take my grass or straw out of my mouth and put it in a box at the end of each day so I can use it in place of smoke wood. After marinating in saliva all day, it imparts a special flavor, especially good on pork. -
About time someone says it.........
That was a great game to watch. The offense even looked great at times.- ermot
