    A little project I concocted. I call it the New Amazing NEW NuWave Electric Convection Smoker Oven. LOL. Temp stayed steady through the whole cook. Only dropped when I opened it up to put some more stoked chips in. Made some AWESOME  BB's right out the gate.  I'll probably add a 8"...
