My name is Mike and I have a BBQ problem. I am from Ohio but was introduced to smoking by my neighbor when I lived in Texas. I have a weber sm 22.5 and a weber kettle. I have done quite a few ribs but I am new to most other cuts of meat. I look forward to learning from all of the info on this site.
