Looks good, how did they come out? im thinking of doing this soon. I have a barrell charcoal/wood smoker and dont think i could suspend the cheese. Is 70* a standard in cold smoking cheese?
Im looking to build an lp unit from a $40 brinkmann charcoal unit avail at home cheapo and a useless side burner from a brinkmann pro series 7231. My concern is burner size. Should i be concerned about btu output on the 6-7 inch burner in a 21 inch unit? Thoughts, ideas...?

So you wont get a smoke ring at all with Electric? Im confused (sometimes easily done) Isnt it the "smoke" that makes the ring? Concidering the travel asspect of it all I think ill get a propane. But the price of those electric ones....Might be worth checking out. Im gathering there more like...
