    Smoked Chicken Quarters Fail

    I've had this result a few times so I am seeking input. I followed a recipe by @joeyfine on another thread. Here it is with the skin removed (the meat tasted good, threw the skin in the trash). Any input is appreciated. Thanks in advance!
