Masterbuilt GS40
This past Saturday I picked up a GS40 and cabelas on sale 175.00 I have smoked pork loin ribs and chicken both turned out just fine with the small water pan but I see what they say if you are going to do a long smoke over 4.5 hours you will want something bigger/deeper My plan is to replace...- smoke-n-meat

Hi There Everyone
I am new to the forum Just got a smoker last night it's a Master Forge Outdoor Electric Smoker/Grill 1/2 price at Lowe's so what was 79.99 ended up at 39.99 last one in stock the one they had on display so yea for me ... got it home and tried fireing it up no fire and not so much heat it took...- smoke-n-meat
