You've inspired me. I picked up some wings earlier and am gonna give it a shot. I don't have a Vortex so I plan on fashioning one using aluminum foil and the underside of a planter pot as a guide. I'll start a threat and post pics later tonight.

These look great! I like the deep color you managed on them. I'm assuming that adding the teriyaki glaze late would be key to keep the brown sugar from burning too much.
