    120 gallon RF trailer build

Finished up the plenum today and tacked it on there to see how it looked. The pipe is just sitting on there. I still need to mark the CC and cut the opening for the plenum. Kyle

    New build, bad draw?

Change the Exhaust first. If that doesn't change it then do the RF plate. Good luck. Kyle

    New build, bad draw?

One other possible problem is your firebox is on the small side. I used an 18" square firebox for my 60 gallon. I think you should be able to make the smoker work but you need good flow and good fire management.

    New build, bad draw?

In my opinion your exhaust is to small and your openings are to small. I built a 60 gallon reverse flow last year and my FB to CC opening is a little bigger than yours. First thing I think you should do is open up the opening at the end of the plate. This should improve the flow and put at...

    120 gallon RF trailer build

Got a bunch done today. Door flange is on and welded. Hinges are on. And I put a counter weight on there. Not sure I like the look of the counter weight yet or not. The door opened up a little bit on the bottom. There's about an 1/8" gap all the way across the bottom of the door, and up...

    Straightening door opening

I'm currently building a 125 gallon reverse flow. When I cut the CC door the tank rather than the door sprung. The top and bottom of opening in the center of the door are sticking out past the door by about 1/8". The radiused ends line up perfect. I was prepared to straighten the door but...

Minimum size smoker for whole pig

We would remove the grate put pig and and then put the grate into smoker. After some research and talking to a few competition cookers. I'm using a slightly larger tank still 24" diameter. But according to them I should be able to fit a 100 pounder in there racing style or butterflied if we...

    120 gallon RF trailer build

Reverse flow plate and drain are finished. I put the rails for the grate in today and tacked the frame for the grate together. At this point I think I'm going to start figuring out how I'm going to straighten the door. The top and bottom of the opening on the tank went out. And the door...
