BBB - What is best smoker temp and internal temp to get result closest to regular bacon?

Smoked Cheese Curds Q View
Looks really great .. awesome smoke on the curds too .. !! think I stocked up on the pellets pretty good .. Have a WHOLE bunch of pucks for bradley .. thinking I will soak them and dry the saw dust and try and use up those too .. even tho they burn in my GOSM they seem to torch at amazing speed- ritamcd

LOL I have been sending mine out for 10 years now .. just about every state and get messages .. when are you making jerky again so I don't post when I do anymore .. the price of beef is ridiculous .. tho bottom round is on sale this week 1.99 which isn't bad .. I just have no freezer space...- ritamcd

I do the bend test and also hold it up to the light .. if you can see light through it with no dark spots its done ... Lookin close tho- ritamcd

He looks like "go ahead open that door" lol Looks great so far! That waiting game can be frustrating .. but so worth it when its done .. I also foil the bottom .. I spray it with store brand pam and it kinda sticks better haha but it sure saves a lot of elbow grease later on ..- ritamcd

Found a new passion but...
did you change a propane tank or anything ? thinking if its run on propane maybe vapor lock Just because I had this issue a few weeks ago -

I suppose one good thing about a taller one is it will save your back you should have some good stuff in a few about 7ish hours .. YUM I am still feasting on PP .. great for a lazy dinner outta the freezer- ritamcd

Do you archive any posts ? I know on my site we will go through every few month and put the good posts into a Best of area and the others will be deleted .. Posts that are either repetitive or are no longer valid .. I mean there is a LOT of of posts on the same topic .. Maybe a Sticky at the...- ritamcd
