    Fired up the smoker at 5am this morning. Loaded up the 12lb brisket and 7lb pork butt at 6am. Here are some teaser pics: I'll post some more pics as the day goes on. Happy smoking ! -- Lee

    Thanks. Oh, I usually use picante sauce instead of tomato sauce. It adds more flavor. If you haven't tried it, you should ! :-)   -- Lee
