    The-Eggs-R-Done

Looks tasty. I like mine hot as well, but I prefer the taste of Siriracha over Franks Red Hot.

    what was your first kill

I still have it. It's a great brush gun that I use when the shots are going to be at a range where I don't need a scope. It looks really dumb scoped. It's one of 2 deer rifles in my deer hunting repertoire, the other is a Savage 111 .270. Between those 2 I don't need anything else.

    what was your first kill

1992 when I was 12 years old. My first was a large doe that dressed out at 178 lbs. I shot her at 50 yards as she was running straight towards me directly in the center of her chest. She ran about 10 feet before piling up and sliding about another 30 feet down a hill and into a pond. It took my...

    Looking for Great BBQ Joints

Since I've drove from Az myself to Mo 6 or so times in the last 10 years, I assume that you'll be taking I-44 west to I-40 west all the way there. If you don't we'll go from there, but that route will take you through Albuquerque, Amarillo, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Joplin, Springfield, and St...

Accidents happen to the best of us... (Possibly Gross Picture(s) attached)...

LOL. I wish I got Smokeman's Comp. As for how deep it was there wasn't an exact measurement, but you could see the purple thumb muscle below it, so it was pretty deep. I ended up getting xrays before I got my stitches to ensure that I had no foreign bodies in my wound... It does hurt like hell...

Accidents happen to the best of us... (Possibly Gross Picture(s) attached)...

Just though I'd tell all of you about a smoker related accident that happened to me Saturday afternoon as I was preparing my smoker and grill to make some Kabob's... I had lit the coals on both the grill and my Brinkmann Smoker/Grill, but made the mistake of sitting the grill grating back on...

    Brinkmann Smoker Mods...

Hey guys, after reading a bit on here I wasn't sure where to post this so I figured this was the best spot. I recently acquired a charcoal Brinkmann Smoke N' Grill from a garage sale for $2 that that has virtually no use on it. Since I already have an old smoker I decided to have some fun with...

Help, corn husks kept breaking off.....

Aluminium foil does work great. I usually use that when I am grilling if I don't feel like working with the husks.

Help, corn husks kept breaking off.....

When I grill or smoke corn on the cob I soak the whole thing, cob and husk, in cold water for about 2-3 hours. But since you've already pulled your's off I would just layer them all around the cob, and wrap it with some butcher's cord to ensure it stays on. I normally leave mine on and then pull...

    soaking chips in coffee?

I was watching Triple D yesterday and one of the guys featured was smoking salmon fillets. When he put them out on the smoker he tossed in chunks of wood and then put a double handful of whole coffee beans on top of the chips. Apparently it imparted a great flavor to the fish, if so I could see...

Spicy Pickled Eggs (With delicious Q-View)...

Yeah the perfect little surprise, some good heat. I've had the red one's from the stores that have food coloring and I've always found them a bit tasteless and rubbery, but with good color. I'd rather have mine like these any day. Still soft yet firm, great spice and flavor even if the color...

Spicy Pickled Eggs (With delicious Q-View)...

They were great. Nice and Spicy all the way through the egg without being overpowering. Plus the 2 months of pickling were apparently the right amount of time for a large amounts of eggs...
