    Thanks Gary and thanks Soto D. I am confused on one point. Are the Vasconia and Imusa 32qt steamer pots one and the same pot. Amazon has both pots...Vasconia for about $50, Imusa for about $32, both plus shipping. I have the impression the Vasconia is maybe the better quality but don't remember...

    HI All, Checking in from sunny South Florida, could not survive if I lived in Boston now. New to forum, not new to smokin but learn something new everytime. Old smoker is wearing out.
