    A local butcher shop shop carries this stuff, a ton of it. They swear by it... I didnot have time to ask what they use it for. Anyone have any recipes they use it on? It sounds good, maybe in chicken? I'm not really sure?

    Wow! I guess you're right! I tell ya, I'm more than happy with it! It was a 2 hours drive one way but I've already cooked quite a few times on it. I still have quite a bit to learn about steaks!

    i absolutely love this site, love it! but unless you're on a PC its impossible to navigate around! today on my phone it logged me out and i cant log back IN? it works every time (username and password) on my pc but not my phone. ive tried tapatalk and the mobile side (and desktop) of the site...
