Anyone butterfly a sirloin or some kind of roast to use as a fatty? I've seen steak ums used inside the bacon for a wrap. The misses doesn't like sausage much so that's out,we could use Hamburg and wrap cooked steak in thay with peppers and onions, but I'd like to try and filet some kind of meat...
I believe it is a salad dressing. But they had tons of it. They must use it on something? I was really curious as to what it could be used on as a marinate. They would not tell me how they uswork it
Looks fantastic! I've only done one brisket so far and it cooked for 16 hours and still didn't read a good temp, somewhere around 185ish...
Pulled and the flat was like beef jerky the next day.
I gotta figure out why it never reached temp so it turns out like yours!

That's genius! I love pork in my sauce! I usually bounce between hot and mild Italian. Never even thought of using pork chops.
Speaking of spaghetti, my tomatoes are almost ready, I'm going to have to find a recipe soon. I've always used store bought sauce.
