finally able to load pics of my first smoked yard bird!!!!!
bird is awesome and easy to perfect. get yourself a vacum packer that way at the end of your meal you can bag up the rest and thro it in the freezer for later. we just ate a pack from 8mnths ago, chicken and one turkey from 5 mnths ago and........boy o boy was that nice. juicy, savory. made the... -
