    Looks Like the Pups ready to help. I had a Lab That laid patiently By The cooker at every cook . After a few cooks, I started Putting scraps, hot dogs or Fat on Just for Him That way when I checked the smoker I could give him a small tid bit. He Loved it

    I agree with the bike riding statement. Smoking Like many other things is Not something You can ever get away from.. It is addictive and a great way of relaxation for men and  women alike. I find it calming and  always a reminder of our heritage

    How do you apply your rub to Baby Back Ribs

    I've done Both But personally prefer the mustard slather only difference is Now I apply some rub In The Mustard before I slather it never really had flavor issues But the Bark does tend to come off some after cook But penetration is always great.
