Second go at a brisket and ribs today 10/07/11

Had a second go at a small brisket and some ribs today and some duck legs aswell. I used hickory and oak for the fuel today and managed to keep the smoker at temperature between 200 and 250 for the majority of the smoking process. everyone enjoyed the food, here are some images!
