    Spinach almost disappeared. I had a lot on there too. Spinach does that. Start off with a pile as big as a soccer ball, end up with one the size of a golf ball.

    Well, when it was done the wife and sister were out and so I held it for an hour and then warmed it under the broiler. WHen they got home and I sliced it, the filliing was barely visable but as you can see in the photo, I put plenty in. Tastes good, but no, I have no shot of it sliced.

But I think I did not roll out the meat think enough, The Italian Sausage was 3/8, maybe a bit more thick, Filled with Roasted peppers, Mozarella, spinach, red onion.     "Masterbuilt upgrade kit " inspired Mod with q-view

    Same here. Called, gave them serial number, model number, address. Got it today. GREAT people. They seem to have a good time at work. Their Facebook site has all kinds of photos of folks there enjoying food and parties, nice.

    Made Jeff Phillps Bacon Wrapped Chichen breasts. Used recipe just as written but  my wife is a fuss on bacon and it must be crisply so I finihed it under the broiler. Did come chicken cheese Sausage from Sams on the Char Broil Red and they got a little away from me but were OK. Potato skins too...

    What cover fits Sam's 40' MES ???

    Got a generic 30" Grill cover that fits in Home Depot for like $7.00. 36" high. Not great but does the job. Does not go all the way to the ground but close.
