Brines in solution of water, salt, brown sugar, worchestershire, hot sauce for 12 hours. Removed from brine and let it sit in fridge for 3 hours. In smoker with A-MAZE_N Maple at 100 degrees.
I live in Bethlehem. Peeps are manufactured about 2 miles from my house. Someone said some things are better left alone. Peeps is one of them. Made by the "Just Born" company. Great jelly beans too.

Bought some loose italian saisage patties from Sams. Used 5. Maybe I used too much. Tat's my thought. if they were 1/4 pound each, a pounds and a quarter. I'll try another one.
