    Thanks Red! Got them air drying in the fridge awaiting this rub: 2 Tablespoons onion powder1 Tablespoon paprika2 teaspoons brown sugar1 teaspoon celery salt1 teaspoon black pepper1 teaspoon powdered sage1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper They smell great so far!
