I did end up cooking on the WSM! for 3half hours!
Only problem was they were a bit too Smokey! its the 6th time I have cooked on the WSM! I have read that don't put the lid on till all the white smoke has gone, but I waited 20mins and it was still smoking a LOT!!! I also used a large chunk...
Hi I brought a 1.6kg bib eye (2 bones) roast to cook in the wsm on sunday? but the wife has cut them into 2 large steaks 800g each!
Can I or should I still cook these in the wsm or just cook them on the weber 320Q?
if I was to cook them in the wsm, should I try to tie them together or just...
Has any one ever attempted to put handles on the bottom grill of the WSM! IKEA has a range of kitchen draw handles, and just put a large washer on the under side and nut?
or any other ideas

Hi guys, today was ment to be a nice spring day of 32c (90F), so I gave the weber kettle & Wsm a wash down! I also got my two 20kg bags of charcoal & divided the small and big lumps up into 2 plastic rubbish bins! Then we went to the pub for lunch!!! I forgot to put the lids on the charcoal...
yep will give it a go! got a few mates coming over. so will beer them up then feed em! that way if I stuff it, they won't know!

& yes we do have Baked Beans, I normally have them for breakfast, with eggs & bacon.
