    Smoking a 4.5lb brisket for the football games today .. The point end today. Rubbed down last night, just threw it on the smoker. Using mesquite wood chips and gonna run about 215/220. Sunday Funday!!!

    Doing 2nd smoke tonight doing a boston butt hoping all goes good .. Last one I did smoked for 11 hours till hit 209 but turned out kinda tough

    Thank for the welcomes .. I cured my smoker .. Now plan on doing my first smoke on Sunday probably go with the Boston butt
