    Mother nature isn't play far..So I mixed up my ground venison bacon & put it in lined foil pans yesterday ..Now its going to rain or snow today...what's best thing to do leave it alone in fridge for what may end up being 2 days or dry it in oven..then smoke it tomr. Or Friday which ever day it...

    Wish I would have found this a few days ago . I just took some game meat in to have them make Bacon.. I would much rather try things myself and have full quality control over it all. I have enough of last year venision in my freeze I'm still going to attempt this..
